Former English footballer Jamie Carragher has spoken out about Manchester United defender Lisandro Martinez.

“We should never judge players and coaches too early, but I am convinced that this cannot work because Martinez plays in the four defenders. Perhaps he could become a left-back or play in the top three, but Lisandro can’t play in the Premier League in the top four,” Carragher quotes bookmaker-ratings.net.za portal.

Martinez, 24, joined the English team from Ajax Amsterdam for €57.37 million at the end of July 2022. In two matches of the English Premier League (Premier League), the Argentine spent 135 minutes on the field, without being noted for effective actions. The height of Lisandro Martinez is 175 cm
